| The Apple Learning Interchange
joins Racerocks.com in bringing you QuickTime streaming video
from Race Rocks Island. Race Rocks is a marine protected area
maintained by the faculty and students at Lester B. Pearson
College of the Pacific.
Race Rocks island is located near Victoria British Columbia
on the western coast of Canada. The island, along with being
the home of one of the oldest light houses on the Western
coast, is home to a very diverse collection of life, both
above and below water. The Pearson College environmental
program maintains the safety of the preserve and at the
same time conducts non-intrusive studies of the ecosystems
present. .
