Bill Rose

Billy, I know you are a frequent presenter to educators. Can you explain to us why you value the profesion of teaching so much.

You have mentioned one particularly educator who made a difference in your life, Mr. Turner the principal of Big Creek High School. We know from Homer's book and from our interview with him, that Mr. Turner prided himself on running a tight ship at Big Creek. I think your experience with him illustrator his concern for his students.

Our images of Mr. Turner and video interview to be posted soon, show Mr. Turner has mellowed a bit on the strict hair code he enforced at Big Creek High School.

Can I assume the time spent by the Rocket Boys in constructing their rockets was not only fun but provided context for learning.?

Billy, the Rocket Boys actually built and launched rockets for several years. Tell us about some of your memories at the Cape Coalwood Missle Range.
