Teaching Practice: Great Mentors for New Teachers INTRODUCTION
Teachers at Kearsarge School District were identified as mentor teachers. They created a schedule that was posted online and described lessons they would be teaching that intregrated technology. Pre-service students were invited to visit the teachers, observe their lessons, and discuss the teaching involved. The intent is to improve education for those entering the teaching field.
