How Will We Be Graded?

Mrs. Nowack explains the rubric/grading sheet to the students. This gives them a chance to ask questions about the assignment before they get started. Many eMINTS teachers have agreed that students seem to feel more comfortable speaking up and asking questions in an eMINTS classroom. This characteristic is demonstrated in this video.

Mrs. Nowack also shows the students one of her favorite sites to search for information about animals. Each eMINTS teacher has a Web site where he/she can post the resources that will be useful to students. A link to Mrs. Nowack's Web site is available in the Resources section of this exhibit.
