Does Drug Testing Violate our Right to Privacy?
This lesson allows students to explore fourth and fourteenth amendment law with regard to drug testing programs implemented by public employers and school districts. Links to printable handouts and class materials are provided.

Webquest: Strike the Fourth
Students read about a drug testing case involving Johnstown's High School baseball team. They will prepare and perform arguments for both sides of the case as well as write a persuasive letter expressing their own beliefs on the subject.
