Teaching Practice Who's Got the Right? Supreme Court in Review TECHNOLOGY
Technology Enhances the Learning Experience
This activity was broadcast over both the Internet and the Kansas Distance Learning Network. The presence of students from various classrooms really added to the effectiveness of this activity. Students were able to participate just as if they were in the same room.
Quicktime Broadcaster
The Supreme Court in Review presentation featured in this exhibit was also featured as a live broadcast over the Internet so that other classrooms could tune in. QuickTime Broadcaster software made this possible and made streaming over the Internet a breeze!
IMovie 2
IMovie 2 software was used to edit the videos once they loaded onto the computer.
Digital Video cameras
The video featured in this exhibit was taken using Canon ZR25 and a Canon ZR10 digital video cameras. We then connected the cameras to the computer using a Firewire cable to upload the video for editing.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer was used to search for related lessons and articles.
